One person working the ...

One person working the desk; waited 15 minutes to be checked in. Clerk was professional. While taking elevator from first to second floor, it “clunked”, fell and was caught immediately jarring my companion causing her to fall sustaining injury. While filing an incident report, we were offered an ambulance which we declined. From 730PM to 930PM people above us sounded like they were jumping on the floor. I finally called front desk and it did stop. I won’t be staying here again.

We stayed here for ...

We stayed here for five nights while visiting family in the area. 10 out of 10 on all aspects of our stay: staff friendly and helpful, room was so comfortable, great amenities, tasty breakfast, and the entire property was incredibly clean. Highly recommend.
