The hotel itself was ...

The hotel itself was clean and managed very well. The staff was extremely friendly and nice. The only time they were unable to accommodate us during the stay was, we got pizza to go from a local shop and they wouldn't allow us to get a free plates from the breakfast room. Other than that, the staff was helpful. The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was a decent size and very clean. The beds, to my boyfriend and I, we're hard and not comfortable at all, so we didn't sleep as well as we could have. My kids slept fine and said their bed was comfortable. Either way the stay was fun and the hotel is in a great area!

Clean, relatively new hotel ...

Clean, relatively new hotel with friendly staff and extremely generous cancellation policy. Indoor pool is heated and the breakfast room has 3rd floor views of Gettysburg fields. We wanted to check out early due to illness, and were allowed to cancel same day (by checkout) with no penalty!
