Convenient to national park and restaurants. Clean.

The place is generally okay, but with a few notable flaws. First, it was an awful choice to have the breakfast place right next to guest rooms on the 3rd floor. I don't know if this regularly occurs, but I was woken up by a bunch of obnoxious children in the breakfast room. The room itself had a few flaws. First of all, they clearly don't check the room, because there was a confederate flag in the cabinet. I personally don't have a problem with it, but it's easy to see why others would. Also the door to the additional bedroom was broken, and wasn't properly attached. Beyond that the place was fine to average. The breakfast itself was meh, but the location and service was pretty good.

Although clean and we'll furnished, as it is new, I believe there is room for improvement, for the comfort of quests. A tiny example would be providing only half and half for coffee, instead of multiple flavors. The dining room, with a 3rd floor view, is very small and hard to maneuver, and all but impossible if using a wheelchair. The parking lot appears to be public, with no signage for hotel guests only...so if you are here for Rememberance Weekend and want to drive to the Visitors Center or morning shopping, you'd better make sure your vehicle is in the lot at least 2 hours prior to the parade. I am wildly optimistic that these things can be addressed with little financial burden to the owners.

New hotel right in the heart of Gettysburg battlefield area. Very accommodating staff. Breakfast included. Very close to town center.
